Source of personal details<\/strong>
\nThe personal details in the company\u2019s possession are collected from the completed contact forms or subscriptions to the Micheletto newsletter.<\/p>\n

Purpose of data processing<\/strong>
\nWe inform you that the data are processed during our company\u2019s ordinary activities related to: a- Purposes strictly connected and instrumental to managing relationships with our customers (e.g. acquiring information prior to the conclusion of an agreement, carrying out operations to fulfil contractual obligations, etc.). b- Purposes arising from obligations under the terms of laws, regulations, EU norms, and dispositions by legally authorised bodies or watchdog and control bodies. c- Purposes linked to accounting (invoices, book-keeping and obligatory records) and fiscal obligations.<\/p>\n

\nFor the above-mentioned purposes data are processed by means of manual, computer and telecommunications instruments, to a logic strictly correlated to such purposes and in any case in such a way as to guarantee the security and confidentiality of the data, as per Appendix B \u201cTechnical Regulations\u201d and arts. 31 to 36 of the Personal Data Protection Code (Italian Legislative Decree No. 196 of 30 June 2003 \u2013 hereinafter Code), in particular art. 11 of said Code. Your consent is obligatory for processing and communication in relation to point a-, as it is required to fulfil contractual and pre-contractual obligations, and points b- and c-, as these are required by law. Therefore, any refusal to provide data or denial of consent to their processing may prevent this company from entering into contractual relationships with you.<\/p>\n

Categories to whom data can be communicated<\/strong>
\nYour personal details can be known only by company personnel officially assigned to their processing, as well as the subjects assigned by the company to managing and storing processed data. Data can be communicated or disclosed to third parties in Italy or abroad exclusively when necessary to fulfil contractual obligations or required by law. Furthermore, if necessary the data can be communicated to agents, banks for the purpose of collecting payments, and lawyers assigned to credit recovery. 3. Data subjects shall have the right to obtain:

\nb) erasure, anonymisation or blocking of data that have been processed unlawfully, including data whose retention is unnecessary for the purposes for which they have been collected or subsequently processed;
\nc) certification to the effect that the operations as per letters a) and b) have been notified, as also related to their contents, to the entities to whom or which the data were communicated or disclosed, unless this requirement proves impossible or involves a manifestly disproportionate effort compared with the right that is to be protected.<\/p>\n

4. Data subjects shall have the right to object, in whole or in part:
